Our Arborist Training Package is the best way to start your career as a climbing arborist. It is ideal for all candidates who wish to gain all the necessary qualifications to become a fully qualified tree surgeon within Arboriculture. This comprehensive course covers essential skills and knowledge, preparing you for real-world challenges. It is also ideal for employers who would like to fast-track their staff into the role of the climber, ensuring they are well-prepared for advanced tree surgery tasks.
Becoming a tree surgeon is an ongoing learning process. It generally starts out with groundwork, developing essential skills as a groundsman, and learning how to effectively work with the climber. At Ground Up Training, we firmly believe that you should develop your skills on the ground first. After at least one year of ground experience has been gained, you can start to venture into the exciting and challenging world of a climbing arborist.
Our Arborist training package will provide you with all the necessary training and assessments to start your career as a climbing arborist. Along with the relevant NPTC units, included is a discussion from our instructors on how to become a professional tree surgeon, with the high standard of work practices required within Arboriculture.
